Interview process was fairly relaxed. Size of the interview will vary depending on how many applicants there are. I had a group interview which had approximately 10-15 individuals and two managers to interview the group. It helps to be one of the first to answer questions, as it shows initiative. It also helps you stand out in such a large group.
