I didn't get calls after submitting my resume so went back to the store and the manager took time for an interview on the spot even though they were very busy.

What were some difficult times I had experienced in the previous job (working as a tour guide and server at the restaurant at the time)
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
