I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Dec 2015
Interview
Laid back. Met with one manager first. They have a sheet which they have questions listed out...2 questions on each line and they picked one at my interview to ask but they could ask you both. About 7 questions total.
Had 2nd interview with another manager and she was the one to make the hiring decision. Asked a few questions about my background and looked for me to ask her more questions.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
