I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Antioch, CA) in Apr 2011
Interview
Submitted my application in person and that same week the assistant manager called to schedule an in person interview. Interview was done outside of the store, in the mall (not very professional). Interview lasted 20 minutes. Easy and quick interview process. Interview questions were not difficult. High turnover at this store is my assumption for why the interview process was so easy.
