Interview
I submitted an application and continued to have to call them and but them in order to finally get an interview. I finally got an interview which was a group interview with three other girls. I called a couple weeks later to ask the status of the application and they offered me the job. They do call references prior to hiring people which is why it takes so long to get started.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
