This interview was done in the middle of the mall with about 20 other girls. They were stupid group interviews, and you DID NOT get a chance to even express your own individualism. The way they do interviews is such crap.

Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
