Interview
We had an online interview with the area manager. She asked basic retail questions and how would i deal in certain situations. Also she asked how i would be dealing with customers during busy hours.
Walked in with resume and got an interview with one of the managers. It was an easy and smooth process. The manager asked about past experience mostly. This store had a relatively high turnover, so I guess they needed people at the time.
Great, fun, group interview, managers were very nice and asked questions that help describe the job, once hiring process is done they help you build your confidence with customer service and how to deal with situations in a respectful manner.
