Group Interview. Interviewed by 2 managers. One of which was very rude. Told a little bit about ourselves and our favourite product. Then went on to pick out an outfit for a certain scenario followed by questions which were answered in front of the group.

I applied online. They called me a few days later for a telephone interview. Afterwards they invited me for interview. It was a group day which took around 3 hours. We were divided in groups and had to answer a few customer service questions as well as put ourselves in different situations and react to them as if we were dealing with real customers.
