Victoria's Secret Seasonal Associate interview questions

Group interviews...can be awkward. Entry level seasonal interviews are in groups. Management position interviews are conducted by panel at times. Questions involve lifestyle & habits to gain overall picture of you. Scenarios presented to see how you would handle them.

I applied online, then was called to schedule an interview. I prepared for the interview via glassdoor. She asked me questions such as my background and experience in customer sales. I asked her a lot of questions myself (because they love that), such as, "what do you look for in an employee", "why do you like working for the company", and "is there room for opportunity in growing with the company". We got along really well, the interview process was probably 10 minutes long. Lastly I asked, "If I were to get hired, when would I know" and she told me right now and wanted me to join their team.
