There were two phone interviews and a mock coaching video call. The main thing that seemed to be a priority during the mock call was motivational interviewing skills. They send you a case study prior to the call as well.
Two phone interviews. The initial screening interview was with a recruiter with basic interview questions. The second interview was a mock counseling session, where the interviewer pretended to be a patient, and I
demonstrated my counseling style. I declined their job offer because the pay was pathetic. I was offered $20/hr. This is a pathetic offer for a registered dietitian.
