I had the worse candidate experience with ViewSonic. This company has ZERO honest and transparent approach to candidates. Since I had the interview process at the same time with a friend, we can totally understand how much they are providing misleading information to each candidate. They are actually trying to get creative ideas and insights from the candidates and keep open the same position for a year without hiring anyone. Please DO NOT waste people's valuable time with such tricks and unprofessional approach.
