I did a first round screen with the recruiter. They asked some in depth behavioral questions about my background that you would expect of a product manager interview. However, they asked more questions and really dug into my background, more so than a typical recruiter screen, They also went over high level details of the role.
Very long, detailed questioning from the HR department which was pretty normal I guess. But the department supervisor was very judgmental and questioned my academic background while completely ignoring my professional qualifications, they interrupted me constantly.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ViewSonic
Interview
Took around 3 months, spoke to people at every level from entry to senior leadership. It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Overall people were very nice and were interested to know about me as an individual rather than just as who I am as a product manager.
