Eventually after sumbitting my apllication online, I recieved an email asking about my availability for a phone interview with HR. The phone interview was rescheduled once before it happened. The conversation went well and she assured me I would be receiving a call from the manager soon for the second round of the phone interview. She asked me to email her if I didn't get the call in a week. A week went by with no call so I emailed her. She waited a couple days before apologized saying they were busy and the manager was out sick. She promised he'd call by the next Tuesday, but that didn't happen. I decided to accept another offer after their unprofessional handling of my time in the application process.
