Three men, two of whom were managers, were in a small office asking me questions. They were genial and relatively upfront about the demands of the position and the relative benefits of working there. Their questions were tailored to the workplace; books, games, movies, and comics appeal to a certain demographic and their questions were indicative of that. However, there was only one question that seemed relevant to the hiring process and that failure could explain why they had such high employee turnover.
