I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Vintage Stock (Belton, MO) in Apr 2014
Interview
I had a 2 part interview, the first being a group interview of 6 people. The interview was very laid back and most of the questions were fun and fitting for the type of store Vintage Stock is. If you could have any power what would it be and why, favorite hobbies, favorite video game and why, why did you apply to vintage stock, what part of the store would be your specialty. What is your current go to game/movie/music, and lastly why should I hire you over the person to the left of you. My second interview was more formal, questions about my background and skills, along with hours I could work, what I wanted in a job, where did I see myself in 5 years.
I applied online. I interviewed at Vintage Stock (Independence, MO)
Interview
My interview was the typical one-on-on interview, with the normal topics such as employment history, qualifications, etc.
Soon after they implemented group interviews and later began asking oddball questions such as "If you could be any superhero, who would it be and why?"
After I left the job I learned that the oddball interview questions were taken word for word from GameStop, which was a running theme at Vintage Stock.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vintage Stock (Joplin, MO) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very informal group interview. Was asked very unusual (but fun) questions and the people interviewing us laughed and joked with the group as a whole. The other candidates showed up in jeans and T-shirts while I showed up dressed formally and ultimately got the job before I did.
