Interview
One brief phone call with the Recruiter followed by another over the phone interview with the hiring manager. Next was an on-site interview. On-site was very disorganized, certain people weren't there, others weren't prepared. Everyone there appeared to be the burn outs from SpaceX which led to a bit of arrogance along with some pretty impressive skills. It was clear I wasn't the ideal candidate for them 1 hour into it, but they carried on with the interview, including a rather off-putting "skills test" and a tour of the facility. Everyone in the panel seemed a bit cold, which lead me to believe there was a consistently stressed group with a poor work culture.

Four hours interview with clueless managers and head technicians. The funny thing, technicians think they're engineers and managers believe they're Richard Branson. Their logics are dumb found and irrationals. Got tour to the production area, I found their equipments are not par up for the aerospace industry standard. What a joke!
