Interview
The most down to earth, friendly 4 hour interview. It was very relaxing. It was almost as if I had sat down with old friends and talked about work and how the family was doing. also had a very detailed tour of the company and its products

Interview
Had a screening with HR, next a phone interview with the hiring manager. Moved on to panel interview onsite. Both interviews were casual. Went below salary expectations I asked to counter offer and never heard back.

I found the technical questions to be very easy - mostly standard aerospace knowledge, I felt it was very doable; however I think I was overqualified for the position I was interviewing for, and in retrospect I should have pushed for an opportunity to show deeper knowledge.
