This is the only interview I've been in where the hiring manager is so confused about his own questions. Don't talk about software only to say that's not what you need. Felt so nervous that I would offend him with speaking down to him.

It was a story. Not a case study. A story that rambled on about software the company uses. Only to not even want to use the information I let him know of softwares that make certain businesses successful.
