I was sent a link to record a 10 question video interview. The questions were all behavioral-related. After a week, invited out to a three-panel interview with the hiring manager, disbursements manager, and lead investment accountant. Again, questions were mostly behavioral and a few thrown in about your experience relating to the position. Four days later, I was sent a templated rejection. After spending a total of three hours wasting my time. I honestly was certain the interview went great. When I requested feedback after the rejection e-mail, I received none. I'm tired of employers ghosting interviewees and they need to be called out. It's unprofessional. You expect interviewees to be able available to offer whatever you want at the drop of a hat and are unwilling to provide the same. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
