- Interview was technical even though in the first round it was mentioned to be a quick chat regarding the role and benefits (30 mins) - Panel of 3 were added but only 1 joined - Situtation based questions from the resume - Technical experience from the resume - Take home assessment estimated to about (4-6 hours) but actually took more than 2 days even with AI assistance which was permissible - Strict salary threshold, not flexible to offer more than preserved band even with the quality of the candidate - I exited after round 2 since salary was not clear and flexible
