- Interview was technical even though in the first round it was mentioned to be a quick chat regarding the role and benefits (30 mins)
- Panel of 3 were added but only 1 joined
- Situtation based questions from the resume
- Technical experience from the resume
- Take home assessment estimated to about (4-6 hours) but actually took more than 2 days even with AI assistance which was permissible
- Strict salary threshold, not flexible to offer more than preserved band even with the quality of the candidate
- I exited after round 2 since salary was not clear and flexible

Interview
First, I completed two online assessments about my personality and aptitude for solving mathematical problems. After the online assessments, a team interview was scheduled, in which I had to talk about myself and a project, highlighting the challenges I faced during its development.

2 rounds of live coding interviews with additional questions on microservices architecture. Questions were pretty easy and the coding part could be solved in any language. Good atmosphere and fast process
