I visited Veritas office in search for work. I submitted my resume and was called few days later to report for an interview the next day. The interview was not difficult as I was interviewed basically for the technical skills. It was a good experience having my first interview successful.

The interview process is very comprehensive, it comprises general interviews so the candidate can introduce himself and his interests as well as instruct the candidate on how to proceed. There are also cognitive and math/physics tests, as well as presentations during which the candidate must showcase previous projects and explain geophysics methods. The process covers both technical/hardskills as well as interpersonal/softskills.
