If you are experienced, then there will be a direct f2f round wherein you have to fill the form and include all your details in it. Then they will ask you several questions about your previous job and they will say they will let you know but they don't have the courtesy to convey that are you selected or not. This is the worst possible way an HR could behave. WORST HR!
