First, you have to complete an automated online video interview. You see a qustion and have a limited time to record an answer. This I found very challenging, but so did everyone else. Prepare for questions on your BSc/MSc/PhD thesis and be passionate when you answer. There are some other logic questions following. If you successfully complete this stage, then you will be invited to an Assessment Centre. There you will run through a presentation, group activities and technical interview. This is fun and by then you have a good chance of getting a job offer.
