I had two HR interviews. The interview was more about leadership qualities, team work, team leader, pressure management,etc. they focus more on leadership qualities. the company is very good and interviewer was very nice and friendly. it was more like a conversation.

The interview process is very comprehensive, it comprises general interviews so the candidate can introduce himself and his interests as well as instruct the candidate on how to proceed. There are also cognitive and math/physics tests, as well as presentations during which the candidate must showcase previous projects and explain geophysics methods. The process covers both technical/hardskills as well as interpersonal/softskills.
