EASY ONLINE QUESTION, BUT NEED PREPARATION TO DO IT WELL. Background in geology and the company is essential.
I applied online and within 15 days I received an invitation to attend a Mock interview. I received the refusal two days later and after3 months, I received a report with the comments on my interview which was great to improve myself for any further interview.
Online Application. Once accepted you are invited to a automated Interview that ask a set of random questions related to the role that you have to answer within 2 minutes.

25 minute video interview containing pre-scripted questions which you record your answers to. Had 30 seconds - 1.5 mins to prepare for each question and then between 30 seconds and 2 mins to answer
