The interview process is very comprehensive, it comprises general interviews so the candidate can introduce himself and his interests as well as instruct the candidate on how to proceed. There are also cognitive and math/physics tests, as well as presentations during which the candidate must showcase previous projects and explain geophysics methods. The process covers both technical/hardskills as well as interpersonal/softskills.

The whole process is made of four parts: a one-way assessment of basic technical knowledge; a personal interview; a technical presentation of choice; and a technical presentation chosen by the company.
