The interview process is extensive from the initial screening call to the nutrition test and then speaking with several Virta employees along the way. I got interviewed by many people but I was also able to learn a lot about the company and culture through speaking with all the interviewers.

Interview consisted of 3 rounds, the first round an AI interview, the second one was a recruiter interview, and the third being a hiring manager interview. I was asked to also perform a technology assessment online prior to final interview which included a typing assessment and other technology knowledge. Communication was great, throrough, and quick
