The interviews were lengthy. Extremely Lengthy. Two separate interviews on separate dates followed by a marathon 4-hour with three individuals separately and then a panel case study presentation. Then, ghosted. After the many hours spent prepping for the interviews and tirelessly making a powerpoint deck to answer their real business case without pay or thank you, get emailed an auto reply - thanks for applying but...moved on to other candidates. In the end, glad they showed their true colors up front. Speaks to Sami Iniken's culture he has created. Guess you got to look like him to fit in.
