I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Virta in Feb 2023
Interview
Interview process was in depth, but moved quickly through each step. Each interview had a specific purpose which was told to you beforehand. This made me feel more prepared for each interview and comfortable. Every person I met with was super friendly and I could tell they were passionate about what they did, as well as passionate about finding quality candidates to join their team. I went through an initial phone interview with Catarina, who was super helpful and guided me through the whole process! Following that there were two 45 minute zoom interviews back to back, and then one final 30 minute zoom interview. All of these took place within a two week span, and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process.

Interview
Fine, short and sweet. Had several interviews. First a screening, then with manager and a 3rd session after answering assessment questions. The process was quick and efficient. Just don't stress over assessment.

I think is long but everyone was kind and attentive to all my questions. I took me a whole month to go through all interviews. Overall I can say it felt comfortable and that was worth it
