Interview
This was by far the best interview process I've ever had! Catarina is an incredible recruiter and was very responsive and informative throughout the process. Very impressed by her and her help from day one. I did a scenario-based assessment, then met with 3 employees of Virta who were very kind and asked questions about my experience with coaching. They asked tough but very relevant questions. I felt respected as a health coach.

Different scenarios based on previous coaching experience and how I would handle different coaching situations that could come up.
Interview consisted of 3 rounds, the first round an AI interview, the second one was a recruiter interview, and the third being a hiring manager interview. I was asked to also perform a technology assessment online prior to final interview which included a typing assessment and other technology knowledge. Communication was great, throrough, and quick

Fine, short and sweet. Had several interviews. First a screening, then with manager and a 3rd session after answering assessment questions. The process was quick and efficient. Just don't stress over assessment.
