Process started with an interview with a recruiter, then a department senior manager, a colleague, then operations director. If making it to this point, you are provided with a take home project to present to a panel. I didn't make it to the project. Interview with the operations director was challenging with focused questions specific to the resume. Was a helpful process in helping me understand what I need to do better to reach where I want to be.

Interview
Received an email to schedule a phone screen within 24 hours of applying. The phone screen was with an HR rep and fairly standard/easy. They were upfront and honest to let me know that the team lacked healthcare experience and they were looking for someone to come in with true healthcare knowledge (I have spent my entire career in healthcare). I was quickly schedule to meet with a 'team lead' the next day.
This is where the interview took on a different turn. Throughout the short 30 min interview the interviewer (who came from a non-healthcare background) kept counting down "15 mins left, 10 mins left, 3 mins left" almost forcing me to rush my answers. At the 29 min mark I had asked a question and the response was subpar and rushed.

Interview
-Five step interview process with homework.
- Requirement for extensive research, resources, and time, resulting in extraction of a lot of valuable information from the candidate with no commitment to reciprocate.
-There seemed to be a poor job of communication about the candidates which could have been easily screened for earlier in the interview process to be respectful of the candidates time.

Asking a candidate to outline potential approaches is fair, but asking them to do the actual work (i.e mockups, workflows, etc), without compensation, is ambivalent at best.
