The interviews were a phone screening with a recruiter, then with a higher level manager, then scheduled me for three-rounds of Zoom interviews. Everyone was very warm and personable, asked thorough questions but I never felt interrogated or like they were trying to trip me up. It was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. I felt more excited about the role and the company after the interviews because of how passionate the staff were and how warm everyone was despite the interview setting.
