When the email finally arrived, there were typos and formatting errors! They didn't even attempt to ask for availability, but instead assigned me a date for the interview. I had thought it was a scam, since the email was so badly formatted that even high schoolers could do a better job.

One HR Round, one Technical Round and client Interview I able to clear the Client Interview and Client was happy but the implmentation partner Manager rejected my interview. Very Unfortunate

Initial interactions with VP was fine. But later interactions with Peers turned me down as if they were very insecure about the new mind coming in system. From their questions, they were old school, still following old practices. Fan of PMP but far away from Agile methologies.
