No proper structure is in place for the talent acquisition. TA team generally hunts for interview panels and most of the time you would get less competent panel member than you.
So managing a less competent panel member and making sure his ego is not hurt is the key in the interview process.

3 rounds. 2 technical and last HR. Both technical have some difficulty level. Mostly related to the tech you are using in your previous proect. And some basic concepts. Overall good experience with interview process
Interview process is Four rounds which includes 2 technical , one Manager Round and one HR round they ask System design questions and Technical questions related to technology worked on or skill required
