I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Virtusa (Bengaluru) in Feb 2016
Interview
First round was an online exam, next technical (telephonic), 3rd was Manager round, last was the HR.
Everyone was cool, the HR discussion was was very good asking about the future goals, the reason to shift to this company and expected CTC.
I was told to send salary slips and offer letter to the HR, Once I did that I got a mail the same day asking all the other docs and fill an application. I received a call the next day from HR who negotiated my CTC further and told he would get back soon.
It has been two weeks and I didn't get any call or mail, Still waiting.
