Visa Inc. Director interview questions

Straight forward, questions about the role and my experiences and how they may apply. Natural conversation with time for me to ask questions as well. No crazy riddles like some bay area companies like to throw in there. Overall pleasant process. For the time frame, I spoke with a Jr. recruiter on the phone, then a recruiter on the phone, then had two in office interviews where I met with 4 people each for 30 min each.

Good process, very thorough and relevant questions asked pertinent to the role I was applying for. Used very good competency based questioning as well as 'getting to know you' type questions. Was interviewed by a group of people and then had two other interviews with senior leaders on a 1:2:1 basis. I understood I wasn't the perfect candidate but the majority decision ruled.
