Phone screening by an HR manager to interview over the phone and it was focused on your fit for the role, like experience in using certain CRM tools, working with the sales team, and influencing stakeholders.
Interview process was normal, but never heard back at all at the end of the process - which I thought was a bit interesting. I went through 3 interviews. All interviewees were kind, but didn’t have clarity on who was who going into the interviews.
