Interview
Interview process took 1 month with 3 steps: phone call, behavioral interview, technical interview with data proffessionals from VISA. The experience was nice and smooth. Quiestions were not that hard, although I haven't answered them all
The first round was an HR interview focused primarily on behavioral questions, evaluating my communication style, past experiences, problem solving approach, teamwork skills, adaptability, and overall cultural fit, and my current job responsibilities.

Tell about current job responsibilities , how do you manage stakeholders , what is your communication style?
There were two interviews, however the whole process was a mess, the HR person sent wrong meeting id and there were very slow with scheduling and not flexible with the timing. I got ghosted then after 3 weeks of waiting they sent auto rejection with no feedback.

3 interviews, one phone, one personal fit and one technical case interview. The first one is to assess you as a candidate and for them to understand if you have the required skills. The second interview is to assess whether your values align with Visa's and the third is to test your technical skills in my case it was SQL and statistical models.
