round 1 was OA with leetcode easy and medium, round 2 was dsa + sql and system design for sql, round 3 was mostly sql and resume review with HM.

Not that bad. There is a general Codesignal and just one round of actual interviewing. It really depends on who is interviewing you, but it was 45 min of minor resume grilling with time for a technical question. There was a leetcode, but it was a super easy and took about 5 minutes. Not sure why it was included.
