I was referred by an internal employee to a recruiter. I never received a response despite a few followups. When I had given up hope, almost a month and a half later I get an email out of the blue from the recruiter for a screening interview with another hiring manager. After the screening interview which took place more than a month ago I havent yet received a response or any feedback despite follow ups. I am glad this behavior was exposed early in the process, it reflects how important people and potential employees are to Visa.

Very professionally run interviews of ~ 5 rounds which was very impressive and positive until then. 6th round was rescheduled 3 times at the last minute (once even after waiting on the bridge for 5 mins) and the interviewer (peer to the role being interviewed for) seemed to be very prejudiced about my industry background on which he kept coming back with passive mention of comments multiple times. It appeared like he already had made up his mind before the interview. As expected, I received a regret note a week later.
