I had 4 rounds on same day and the last one was like clue less, why I was speaking to that person. Still there is no update from their side even after continuos follow ups through mail and hr doesn't pick up call at all. HR has to learn to respect candidates time as they take off and come. Have courtesy to respond back the feedback though negative too. It is almost a month now. I don't have any hopes. Can anybody tell me usually within what time does HR come back?
