Interview
Applied online and got a phone call about a week later. It was a 30 minute casual interview, though very dense. Most questions were pretty typical -- describe your design process, what are your strengths / weaknesses, etc. There were some teaser questions like if you could have dinner with any 3 people, who would they be. Overall a pretty great and fun experience.

Two phone call interviews each around 30 minutes long. One with two senior UX designers and the other with the hiring manager. You had to get past the initial interview to be scheduled to interview with the hiring manager. Everyone was very nice and encouraging towards my interests. They answered all of my questions as well.
