I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had a 30 minute interview on campus. It was hard to engage with the interviewer because he seemed very tired and unwilling to interview. It was hard to understand him even face to face as he mumbled his questions. I understand that he may have been fatigued from interviewing but his body language was pretty poor, making his exhaustion/annoyance very clear as if he didn't even want to be there. It detracted from the entire interview experience.
