I had a phone interview in which I was asked non-technical and past project questions. I was asked about team/collaborative developing and how I have worked with others in the past. The interviewer was friendly and the screening was just half an hour.
I applied online. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Austin, TX) in Nov 2025

OA, then 3 stage interview; one technical round non leetcode (asking questions about data structures and math), one system design question, then one lc question (medium); not too bad, but then again interviewers seemed to like me; OA was more rigorous
