I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc.
Interview
I found out about the opening through an employee referral. I applied and completed my profile online. I was then called in for an interview and was interviewed by my line manager and my colleague. This interview went very smooth. After which, I went through couple of phone interviews which were rather not smooth. I had difficulty hearing; I felt as if, the person at the other end was on a speaker phone or something. I managed to complete them and they had to go through some background checks. I received an offer letter at this stage and I accepted it.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Ciudad de Mexico) in Mar 2017

First they contacted me on Linkedin, then we had a phone call, and after that I had two interviews: one with the recruitment person and one with two Sr. Business Development Directors, one of them is currently my boss.

Interview
It was a simple interview done by two people. That was the first round. The second interview was on phone with HR discussing the current role, current package I get, expectations from Visa etc. The third one was again on phone with HR with an offer following by an offer letter. In between, were background checks and after I took the offer, there was still a complete background check done by a third party. I cleared all that and joined in after approx 45 days.
