Interview
I had a 45 min call with the recruiter, an hour long conversation with the hiring manager and then she moved me along to meet 5 of her team members. It was across 3 hours and they asked pretty specific questions and it sounded like they were looking for specific answers. After that, I got an email from HR for one last round with another manager. That never came and I got an automatic rejection email. After 7 rounds of interviews + an expected 8th round, I got a robot to tell me they went with other candidates. I even reached back out to the HR guy for feedback and didn’t get a response. I felt like just a ‘number’ after all my efforts and preparation.
Phone screen, then passed to the next round but suddenly got an automated email that the position closed so i wasn’t able to interview. I sent an email to the recruiter after saying I was still interested in other opportunities and she didn’t respond.
Easy to navigate with smart recruiters on where you are in the process. Recruiter is responsive within 1-2 days of emailing. Clearly defined interview process, behavioral questions and problem-solving scenarios. Only 1 expected panel interviewer was a no-show but everyone was very apologetic and said it was an emergency for them.
