Interview
Interview itself was easy but dealing with the recruiter was awful. First, the recruiter scheduled a pre-screen but then ghosted on the pre-screen. The recruiter claims that they tried to reach out to me but I was notified that their Teams status showed as away during the time slot and I didn't have any missed calls or communications. I followed up asking to reschedule and received next day response saying they were going on vacation so should reschedule for the following week. Fine. Make it to first round and was followed up to schedule the second. Recruiter was completely incompetent. Basically was told "Hey can you figure out a time slot across 3 times zones". Um okay, I don't have access to any of the interviewers' schedules so how would I do that? Morning of second round, no one shows up. When I reach out, recruiter claims that I requested to cancel insisting that I did even when I told them I didn't. If I did, why would I show up? Turns out the interviewer had requested to reschedule and recruiter confused me with the interviewer! After this incident, I googled the recruiter and found out they had a bad history. Reflects well on Visa to hire someone like this. Withdrew my application - not worth my time when I have other opportunities where my time is respected. For anyone going through this recruiter either applying or hiring, enjoy.

Interview
It was not too long and was relatively straightforward. Managers were kind and interested in knowing the candidate well. It was less technical than expected but also not abnormal for a senior manager level job.
