I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Foster City, CA) in Apr 2010
Interview
Got an email from the recruiter to set up a phone interview. Had initial phone interview then got contacted about going into Foster City for interview there. Interviewed with 4 people in three interviews. Two were 1:1 and one was 2:1. They were really friendly and the interview was pleasant. They mainly wanted to know how I fit in and a lot of the questions were situational/behavioral. They don't expect you to know too much about he Visa business model, but it helps if you're familiar.

Question 1
If I asked you to get me some coffee, what would you say?
the interview typically includes an initial recruiter screen, technical or role specific assessment, and manager or panel interviews, focusing on skills, problem-solving, and cultural fit, often concluding with final HR discussion.
The Visa Corp interview process typically consists of a 4–6 week, 3-to-5 step process: initial recruiter screening, a technical online assessment, and 2-4 rounds of virtual or in-person interviews with hiring managers and team members. Focus areas include behavioral questions, technical skills (DSA, SQL, coding), and case studies.

Question 1
What do your parents do for work? Where do you live? Do you commute?
The interview was two rounds with a case study and a personal fit round. The interviewers were very friendly. The case study was an hour long and required some finance knowledge.
