Went thru 2 rounds of interview. The hiring manager dint seem to have a lot of details about the role . Nor did he seem excited to talk. No follow up from recruiter. 6 weeks later, another interview set up. This time with a business partner. She asked about my involvement with reporting, I said we automated and now work only on enhancements/housekeeping. Her response: ‘Sounds like you were not involved then’ 🤷🏻‍♀️ Again no follow up. If they did, this is not a team/company I would want to work for

Applied and recruiting team got in touch saying they would like to set up a call. I provided times and telephone number and heard nothing back. Chased many times and got an occasional half-baked email asking for availability. Job is now no longer available which is a real disappointment. I get the impression that the recruiting teams lack any real organisation and I’m applying from a Big Four firm.
