I was initially contacted by a recruiter at Visa to set up a screening interview, which went very well. Following that, the recruiter informed me they wanted to proceed with the next steps, three additional rounds, including two one-on-one interviews and a panel case study. However, after a couple of days with no follow-up, I reached out to check in and received no response. Unfortunately, I was ghosted despite the promising start, which was disappointing and unprofessional given the initial engagement.
